We offer scalable sequences with clear cues, options, and use of props. Every guide includes safety notes and contraindications for common conditions.
New to yoga? Begin with 10–15 minute routines 3x/week. Focus on breath and simple shapes—Tadasana, Cat/Cow, Child’s Pose, and Low Lunge. Over time, add standing balances and gentle twists.
